How to increase the effectiveness of turmeric
There are certain ingredients that can increase the bioavailability of curcumin – these include:
1 tsp Changing Habits Turmeric Powder
1 cm ginger, grated
1 cup of milk of your choice
1 pinch of black pepper and Changing Habits Ceylon Cinnamon
Changing Habits Rapadura Sugar to taste
1 Add all ingredient to a small saucepan over medium heat and simmer for 5 minutes, stirring continuously
2 Remove from heat and let sit for a few minutes
3 Strain the liquid and enjoy your fresh golden milk!
